2023

P&P continues to expand the further. Development of >500 sustainable new apartments (KFW 40 EE). With the project "Sunshine lofts" project in Bamberg revitalised flats are sold individually to new sold to new owners. Eva-Maria Zurek becomes the new CEO and takes over from founder Michael Peter.

2021

The P&P Group opens the Urban City Center FLAIR in Fürth, a modern shopping centre including the event and experience location Hologate World. The group acquires the Metz-Areal in Nuremberg with 84,000 m² of land. In total, the group employs more than 100 people.

2022

P&P is setting the course for future growth and diversifying, among other things through a new location in London. The new construction business is expanded and the sales platform is established. P&P completes more than 200 residential units units and starts the construction of construction of 120 new residential units.

2023

Strengthening of the "Residential" segment with the purchase of over 1,000 residential units. The group additionally starts joint ventures in Berlin and Leipzig to expand the scope and makes joint purchases in these regions.

2019

Completion of the strategic restructuring through the sale of the capital investor property development business "P&P Wohnbau" and 15 property management companies.

2018

Acquisition of the Southwind portfolio of 22 properties with over 100,000m² of lettable space (mostly used by Deutsche Telekom) and acquisition of the Hornschuch Campus with 37,000m², a former railway site in Fürth.

2014 -2017

Sale of parts of the property development business to BPD and development into an investment developer. Expansion of the field of activity to include serviced flats and hotels. Projects included office developments in Munich, the Puma site in Herzogenaurach, the barracks in Schweinfurt and various acquisitions and sales in Germany.

2008 – 2013

Expansion of the business segment to include new construction and asset & property. Construction of fully furnished single-room flats with kitchenette or 'micro-apartments'. Rise to one of the leading property developers in the region. Projects included, for example, the Quelle portfolio, the Heumann site, the hospital in Forchheim or terraced housing estates in Erlangen / Schwabach and Forchheim.

2002 – 2007

Return to the Nuremberg metropolitan region and relocation of the company headquarters to Fürth. Projects included the redevelopment of the former conversion areas in Südstadt as well as the Carrera building and the former building authority. Furthermore, approx. 600 flats were redeveloped in Fürth's Südstadt as well as a former riding stable in Burgfarnbach and post office lofts in Nuremberg.

1995 – 2001

Michael Peter establishes the company "Peter und Partner e.K." in Burgfarrnbach near Fürth, laying the foundation for today's P&P Group. First projects include the refurbishment of residential buildings. Revitalisation of about 200 properties in the new federal states, especially in Zwickau (Saxony). In addition, redevelopment, subdivision and sales also took place in Munich, Berlin and Würzburg.
